A.R.T: Pacific Powerhouse Trio

A.R.T is a dynamic all-female vocal trio originally formed in Porirua, New Zealand—comprised of Anastasia Surila, Rosetta Lopa, and Tiresa (T-R3X). The group’s members come from Samoa, Tokelau, and Tonga, and have been performing together since their early teens, having met at intermediate school in 2013.

Known for their richly blended harmonies, soulful R&B and pop stylings, thoughtful songwriting, and commanding stage presence, A.R.T has garnered national acclaim. Starting from humble beginnings and gospel roots, their viral a cappella rendition of the New Zealand national anthem catapulted them into the spotlight, paving the way to becoming finalists on TVNZ’s Popstars in 2021.

Their critically acclaimed single “Easy” soared to the top of the Urban Radio Scope chart late in 2024, marking it as the most-played Kiwi song during that period. A.R.T’s journey continues to defy expectations—characterised by vulnerability, cultural pride, and a creative ethos rooted in truth, power, and soul.
